Privacy Policy
Earth Defense is designed to minimize personal data processing. The app does not use an advertising network, third-party tracking, or an analytics system that sends a user profile to the developer.
Earth Defense does not create a separate user account, does not track users across apps, and does not build advertising profiles. If Game Center is used, the relevant platform data is handled by Apple.
1. Scope
This policy explains the data practices of the Earth Defense iOS application. Standard web-server logs may be generated when visiting support or information pages; this policy focuses primarily on data processed by the game itself.
2. Data we do not collect
- name, surname, email address or phone number,
- precise location, contacts, photo library or microphone data,
- advertising identifiers or cross-app tracking data,
- payment or card information,
- tracking data used to build behavioural advertising profiles.
3. Game data stored on the device
Game progress, settings and similar local state may be stored on the device. The current version does not include an online account system or iCloud-based synchronization that sends these records to the developer's servers.
4. Game Center
If you choose to use Game Center, authentication is handled by Apple. Earth Defense uses the local player state made available through GameKit only to operate Game Center features. Player identifiers are not used for advertising or to build an independent user profile.

5. Advertising, analytics and tracking
The current version does not use an advertising SDK or third-party behavioural analytics service and does not perform cross-app tracking. Earth Defense therefore does not request App Tracking Transparency permission for its current functionality.
6. Sharing with third parties
The developer does not sell personal user data collected from the game or share it for advertising purposes. When Game Center is enabled, relevant platform data may be processed as part of Apple's infrastructure.
7. Retention and deletion
Because Earth Defense does not maintain a centralized player account or developer-hosted gameplay profile, there is no separate Earth Defense account stored on the developer's servers to delete. Local records are subject to iOS application-data management.
8. In-app purchases
Optional cosmetic planets and tips are bought through Apple In-App Purchase. Apple processes the payment; card and payment details never reach the developer. The game checks which products belong to your Apple Account only on the device, through Apple's StoreKit, and does not send this information to the developer's servers. Purchases move to a new device through Settings → Restore Purchases in the game; refunds are requested through Apple.
Premium planets and the Galaxy Pack support Family Sharing, so people in the same family group can use them without buying them again. Apple manages that sharing; no account details reach the developer.
9. Future features
If future releases add new data flows such as iCloud synchronization or a developer-operated online account, this policy will be updated before those features are released.
