Terms of Use
Earth Defense is an iPhone and iPad application distributed through the App Store and licensed under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement unless a separate custom agreement is provided.
You do not purchase ownership of Earth Defense; you receive a license to use the application under the applicable Apple App Store terms and EULA. The game is free to play; optional cosmetic content is offered through Apple In-App Purchase.
1. License
Earth Defense is digital software made available through the App Store. The user receives the right to use the application in accordance with Apple's App Store terms and the applicable license provisions.

Use of Game Center is also subject to Apple's own service terms. Earth Defense is not the provider of your Game Center account and relies on Apple's authentication infrastructure.
4. Free to play and in-app purchases
Earth Defense is free and complete to play. Optional premium planets and tips are sold through Apple In-App Purchase; they are cosmetic only and give no gameplay advantage. Prices are shown in the App Store, and payments and refunds follow Apple's terms. Purchased planets are tied to your Apple Account and move to a new device through Settings → Restore Purchases in the game. Tips unlock no content. The Galaxy Pack unlocks all three premium planets in one purchase. Premium planets support Family Sharing, so people in the same family group can use them without buying them again.
